The RIGIMILL® rigid hammer hammermill is a great mill for use in a wide range of applications from pre-breaking to fine grinding, depending on product characteristics. The Rigimill is available in two standard product lines, the 16″ and 24″ series, designed and manufactured in widths ranging from 12" to 60".

The mill rotor, which consists of four-way reversible hinged hammers of tempered steel, is built of 6mm and 10mm plate and mounted on a 45mm diameter shaft. A powerful fan rotor is fitted to the same shaft, and the full circle screens are available in a wide range of perforations and are easy to change.
