WTB: Small Bench Top Vertical mill and Small Bench Top Lathe. A Benchmaster MV-1 would be perfect. Not sure what decent little lathes are out there. Don't need anything bigger than 6 inch and the shorter the better. Trying to outfit my assembly room so I don't have to walk 50 yards to the machine shop when I want to make a little mod on a part.
